PC Gaming

Research has indicated that gaming in therapy can improve attention and communication, allow people to creatively express themselves, and can even be used as a coping skill, especially anxiety! Gaming can be an opportunity for children to practice frustration tolerance and build emotional-regulation skills, patience, and learn to take turns. Lastly, gaming can be an extremely useful way for the therapist to gain trust and insight to the client’s worldview, which can aid in enhancing treatment and success.
